MISSION STATEMENT

The Junior League of Morgan County is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.

Our purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.

COMMUNITY COMMITMENT

The Junior League of Morgan County partners with other financially sound not-for-profit organizations whose programs compliment our Mission and who share a passion for our current focus or impact areas. As the needs in our community are ever growing, the Junior League of Morgan County continues to explore programs and partnerships that meet our focus areas and that offer the best fit for our financial and volunteer resources.

Junior League of Morgan County’s current focus areas is:  children.

MEMBERSHIP

Over 300 Morgan County area women are members/sustainers of the Junior League of Morgan County.

 Active members fulfill community volunteer commitments and manage the day-to-day operations of JLMC. 

100% of presently active members are employed; part or full-time.

Over 160 Sustaining Members—those who have given more than 5 years of Active service -  fill advisory positions to provide continuous support for League activities, but are not involved with JLMC projects on a daily basis.

JLMC raises funds throughout the year to fund various projects throughout Morgan County and would appreciate your time and financial support as we continue to grow volunteers within the community.
